Keisha Chante is from Ottawa, Ontario but her family moved to Brampton, Ontario where she developed her singing voice which led to her meeting Drake who not only encouraged her but assisted in her development as a singer.

Today, Keshia is a singer/songwriter, Television personality, actress and Philanthropist. Keshia supports numerous charities in Canada and the U.S.

To date she has released three albums to stunning success and that success propelled Keshia to international prominence hosting U.S. BET Television Networks, BET”S and 106 Park Programs.

Keshia has one Juno, five Urban Music Awards and two Radio Music Awards.

Keshia has been honoured with a Star on Brampton’s ‘Walk of Fame’.
