Aubrey Drake Graham born and raised at Toronto, Ontario is a Rapper, singer, song writer, record producer and actor.

He first gained notoriety on the television show ”Degrassi: The Next Generation”.

He exited the show in 2009 after releasing a commercial mix tape and within the year he signed with Lil Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment Group.

In 2010 Drake released his first album, it debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and became a certified Double Platinum Album in the U.S. In Canada he debuted on the Billboard 100 at number one as well and again the album went Platinum.

Over the years Drake has released five albums and two commercial mix tapes and he has appeared in seven films and numerous television shows.

He has won fifteen Junos on fifty nominations, three Grammys on twenty-seven nominations as well as multi awards from all over the Western world.

Drake’s star is continuing to rise and he says that being born Canadian is the best thing to have ever happened to him and spends considerable time in Toronto helping to produce up and coming singers.

He is also World Wide Ambassador for the Toronto Raptor Basketball Club.
