Harlequin was formed at Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1975.

Ralph James (Bass) George Belanger (Vocalist) Glen Williams (Guitar), Gary Golden (Keyboards) David Budzak (Drums).

Over the next four years Harlequin paid their dues travelling across the country and performing in every Rock Club and learning their trade.

In 1979 at a performance in Toronto, Jack Douglas, Aerosmith producer was in town and always on the lookout for new bands, By a twist of fate, ended up at their show and was so impressed with Harlequin that he signed them to a CBS/Epic recording contract.

Jack Douglas produced their first album “Victim of Song” and it had solid sales across North America and within two years across Europe and Asia.

To date the group has released seven albums and are still active on the concert and festival circuits.

Harlequin just keeps “Rockin’ On”. Always on tour following their Rock and Roll dream.
