It is a sad occasion.

ABBA bass player, Rutger Gunnarsson passed away this past weekend.

The ABBA Session band as they were known in the industry played on every album and backed the band on every tour. ABBA did carry other musicians but these three were always part of the band.

Rutger Gunnarsson (bass), Janne Schaffer (lead guitar) and Ola Brunkert (drums).
