When Rush first appeared on stage fans had a hard time conceiving that just three musicians could pound out such intricate developed music.

The Group was revered all around the world by fellow musicians and fans of every stripe.

It is with sadness that I report the passing of drummer Neil Peart at the age of 67 from Brain Cancer.

Neil was considered one of the top three drummers in the world.

His Kit was enormous and interestingly fans could only see his head and outstretched arms as he played with a vigor and strength that few drummers could match.

It is a sad day for Rush fans all around the world.
