Michel Pagliaro is a rock guitarist and song writer from Montreal.
Born in 1948, he became interested in music at an early age and by the time that the Beatles arrived he knew exactly what he wanted to do for a living.
Although Michel predominantly writes in French, he has released English albums to worldwide acclaim.
He is also the first Canadian artist to score Top 40 hits on both the Anglophone and Francophone pop charts at the same time.
Over his career he has released fourteen albums to date and is working on another at the present time.
He keeps busy touring once in a while, but he focuses on producing and arranging music for other Quebec artists, as well as producing his son Roman’s band Le Fous de la Reine first album and guiding their tours.
In 1975 he won a Juno for Best vocalist of the Year.
