Clyde Jackson Browne was born at Heidlberg, Germany where his Father was stationed with the U.S. Military.

After moving around from Base to Base, the family settled in Los Angeles permanently.

Being a music student, Piano and Guitar, Jackson was in the right place at the right time Los Angeles in the sixties and seventies…

From  ” The Byrds to Linda Ronstadt, the Eagles,  Joni Mitchell and Neil Young and almost anyone else you can think of, were gathered  in Los Angeles playing , writing songs and helping each other to improve their capabilities.

Jackson  Browne’s music can be found on most artists albums from the sixties and seventies all the way into the two thousands.

He has released 15 albums over his career plus the songs he wrote for other artists.

” Somebody’s Baby ” was written for the Film  

” Fast Times at Ridgemont High ” a fun little film that became a 

Major Hit.  The film opened the doors for many of the actors, including

Sean Penn and Judge Reinhold .
