Amanda Koci is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

She started singing at an early age and her parents encouraged her to follow her dream.

At age 13 Amanda changed her name to Ava because she felt it suited her personality. Many of her first recordings were recorded under the name “Ava”.

By the time the she was 20, she wanted a second name for her career and chose the name “Max” because she felt that it was a strong memorable name and the fact that “Ava Max” just sounded right to her.

“Sweet but Psycho” is her breakthrough song. It topped the charts in 26 countries and hit the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Ava seems well on her way to Musical Stardom.
