The group was formed at Waitsfield, Vermont in 2002.

The lineup includes Grace Potter (lead vocals, guitar, keyboards), Matt Burr (drums), Bryan Dondero (bass, mandolin), Catherine Popper (guitar, bass), Michael Limbramento (keyboards) and Benny Yurco (vocals, guitar).

Between 2002 and 2005 the band played 200 gigs per year at music festivals and Jam Bands, creating a name for themselves.

In 2005 Hollywood Records signed them to a long-term contract.

This group puts on a show. Lead by Grace’s powerful voice and very tight music arrangements.

To date the group has produced four albums.
