Patricia Lee Ramey, known professionally as Patty Loveless is a country singer from Pikeville, Kentucky.

Since her emergence unto the Country Music scene in 1986, Patty has been one of the most popular female singers of Neotraditional Country Music.

Patty married fellow Country Music artist Terry Lovelace and she took his name but she changed her professional name to Loveless, because she thought it would be associated with Linda Lovelace, the Porn Star.

Patty is one of my favourite singers. She has a slight “Twang ” to her voice that I especially love.
